Numonix to Present New Lync Interaction Management Software at the Microsoft Lync Conference

Boca Raton, Florida – February 14, 2014 – Numonix, LLC (www.numonix.co) an innovator of interaction recording solutions will sponsor and exhibit at the 2014 Microsoft Lync Conference from February 18th through the 20th at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the only event that is totally dedicated to Microsoft Lync and the community of end users and partners. Microsoft partners from around the world will gather to showcase their latest developments in Unified Communications and Value Added Services and products. Numonix will make its first ever appearance at the conference and showcase its flagship Interaction Recording Solution for Lync, RECITE™ Xpress. “We are excited to be participating as a partner of Microsoft and demonstrating to the community our unique solution for recording Lync interactions”, stated Michael Levy, CEO of Numonix. Levy went on to say, “Lync recording has been very limited until RECITE™ was introduced. Our ability to include unique, large system features, required for compliance and quality management has escalated RECITE™ into another level of Lync value added products.” RECITE™ utilizes many components of the Microsoft development platforms including the Windows line of operating systems, SQL Server and Silverlight for web-based access and functionality. Microsoft certified RECITE™ in 2013 with integration points not found in many other Lync recording systems. Numonix also announced they plan to enhance RECITE™ integration with other Lync media capture points including Persistent Chat and Video/Screen Share applications by mid 2014, moving into social media and analysis later this year.

Numonix, LLC announces the successful qualification of its RECITE™ interaction recording and quality management suite by Microsoft Corporation for its integration with the Microsoft Lync Server 2013 platform.

Numonix Receives Microsoft Lync 2013 Qualification

Boca Raton, Florida – January 31, 2014 – Numonix LLC, an innovator of interaction recording solutions has successfully completed and passed all interoperability tests for the Microsoft Lync Server 2013 platform. “By passing interoperability testing with a zero failure rate, Numonix has laid the framework for providing companies of any size with an enterprise ready, centralized and scalable recording solution for their Microsoft Lync environments”, stated Evan Kahan, COO of Numonix.
